Moving home is always a busy time and, whether you're a new or existing customer, we want to make updating your Anglian Water account as easy as possible.

To let us know of your move you can use our Online form.

Alternatively, If you have or have had an account with us already and you are either moving to another property in our area or moving away you can update your move on your online account.

You can also visit our Contact Us page for all the ways to speak to us about your move. 

If you've already let us know about your move but some of the details have changed please contact us so we can amend our records.

If you are a business customer you will need to contact your retailer, who provides you with the water & wastewater services, to advise them of your move. Your retailers contact details will be on your most recent statement from them. 

If you have not had a business account before you will need to decide on a retailer and contact them directly to set up an account.
