We’re here to help you find and fix leaks to save water and money.
Have you recently found a leak in your house? Perhaps you noticed some unusual usage on your MyAccount or used our handy leak finding guide? Silent trickles of leaks may not seem like a lot, but over time, they add up.
Who is responsible for fixing my leak?
Well, it depends where your leak is. If the leak is on the supply pipe, you can find more information here. However, if it's in your home, it's always your responsibility to fix it.
Most of our customers, who we’ve informed about their leaks, just like you, have now fixed them, avoiding higher bills because they’re paying for water they don’t even use. While it can be easy to forget a hidden leak at home, setting a reminder might help you save on water bills or even prevent damage to your property by fixing it sooner.
It's easier than you might think to fix the leak on your own - or with some help from a local plumber. It's even easier to fix leaks with our 'how-to' guide. And you can get in touch with an approved plumber close to you if you aren't confident DIY'ing.
